You can try to control anything but don’t control your sleep.

It affects the mental stability very worse than we think.

Our decisions won’t be at the level of acceptance.

Our mind would be dumped with full of confusions.

We would have placed ourselves infront of multiple questions.

A good sleep will support our mind for its self purification.

Have a good and peaceful sleep at night to have a pleasant morning and travel with full of positive approach.
