Many prefer to have an alarm to ring at the morning to wake up from sleep but not from bed.
Usually we wont wake up in the first alarm.
We snooze it and postpone our wake up time.
But, when we come out of the bed after many rings of snoozed alarm, we feel some sort of tiredness and feel heavy over our head.
This is because, we got disturbed from the state of sleep in between by some external source i.e. the alarm.
The sleep should be called off naturally without any disturbances.
When we practise to wake up on our own before the alarm rings, we would feel a pleasant morning and positive vibrations getting generated for us, right from the bed itself.
Instead of skipping the alarm, try to win the alarm and practice to wake up early from the bed with cool and calm mind.
